2. Products & Custom Orders

Pink Éclat specializes in handmade and personalized items. Because many of our products are custom-made:

  • All sales are final.

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to review all personalization details before submitting an order.

We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer (including spelling, dates, colors, or design selections).

3. Order Accuracy

By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete, including:

  • Billing information

  • Shipping address

  • Personalization details

Incorrect information may result in delays or additional fees.

4. Processing & Shipping

Processing times are listed in our Shipping Policy and are separate from shipping carrier delivery times.

We are not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Delays due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, product images, graphics, branding, and content on this website are the property of Pink Éclat and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pink Éclat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the purchased product.

8. Cancellation Policy

If your order has not yet shipped and you wish to cancel, please message us directly for an immediate response.

Approved cancellations will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee.
