Please note:

Die cuts do not include tutorials, instructions, or step-by-step guides unless explicitly stated in the product description.

Some knowledge of crafting tools and equipment (such as cutting machines, adhesives, or assembly techniques) is recommended.

Pink Éclat is not responsible for improper use, incorrect assembly, or results that differ due to lack of experience.

By purchasing die cuts or craft materials, you acknowledge that you understand they require a certain level of skill and familiarity with crafting tools.

Due to the nature of our die cuts and craft products:

Refunds will not be issued due to lack of knowledge, difficulty of use, or misunderstanding of how to assemble or apply the product.

Tutorials are not included unless specifically mentioned in the listing.

It is the customer’s responsibility to review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

All die cuts are final sale.

RETURNS POLICY

Under our Happy Customer Policy, we will exchange any damaged product at no additional cost if the damage prevents proper cutting (e.g., die not cutting properly or damaged blades).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
